Submission terms
Before sending your project, you must accept the following terms. They allow Five Studio to review and publish approved films while keeping the current video-link submission system.
- I confirm that I own the submitted film and promotional assets, or that I have the full legal authorization to submit them to Five Studio.
- I grant Five Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, host, stream, display, promote, reference, and make the submitted film available on the Five platform if it is approved.
- I authorize Five Studio to use the title, synopsis, director name, stills, posters, trailers, screenshots, and submitted metadata to present and promote the film on Five and related Five communication channels.
- I understand that my current video link must remain accessible for review and publication. If the link becomes unavailable, private, removed, or blocked, Five Studio may pause, hide, reject, or request changes to the submission.
- I understand that Five Studio may approve, decline, request changes, edit metadata for presentation consistency, or remove a film from public access if it creates legal, technical, moderation, rights, or quality issues.
- If my film is published and I later request removal, Five Studio will review the request and remove the film from public access within a reasonable operational delay, while keeping limited internal records needed for security, legal, moderation, and archive purposes.
- I remain responsible for all rights, permissions, releases, music, likenesses, AI-generated elements, trademarks, and third-party materials included in the submitted work.
